The Inquiring Mindset Advantage:

Tools for Inquiry-Based Transformational Problem-Solving™

               October 19, 2011 (Weds.)

    Princeton, New Jersey

Marilee Adams, Ph.D.

Author of the bestselling book, Change Your Questions, Change Your Life

The methods of Transformational Problem Solving™ help people do this predictably and successfully everywhere they are applied, both professionally and personally. Developing expertise in asking the best questions often yields a high ‘return on investment’; it empowers more successful communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and innovation. Great results really do begin with great questions.

This workshop is dynamic, enlightening, and practical. You’ll learn easy-to-apply methods for changing your questions simply and strategically, experience the empowerment of mindful inquiry, and discover the impact of questions that invite collaboration, stimulate innovation,  and get to the heart of the matter.

Methods and skills include: how to think strategically with questions (called Question Thinking or QT), the Choice Map, Learner and Judger mindsets, and Q-Storming®, a QT practice that often produces breakthroughs in possibilities and results. You’ll discover how to transform limiting, “troublemaker” questions into positive, productive ones as well as how the QT methods strengthen emotional, social, and moral intelligence. Most importantly, you’ll be able to apply what you learn to make an immediate and positive difference in producing the results you want, in life and at work.

“We’ve used Question Thinking so successfully in our work with teams that it has led to a radical

transformation in how people approach and resolve problems. It also made an immediate and sustained   change in their behavior. In an organizational culture, the more people can be taught these processes, the   greater positive impact it can have on productivity and the bottom line.”                                    Carmella Granado, Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Flextronics
